Abstract

The United States of America, along with fascist Italy in the twenties of the twentieth century, played a very important role in shaping the future of the world, especially Europe, after American President Woodrow Wilson provided solutions to the problems of European countries. At the end of World War I and its immediate aftermath, the United States of America emerged as an effective political and economic power. After the Americans departure from the principle of isolation that they had taken in their previous foreign policies according to the Monroe Doctrine, they participated in the First World War, which changed the balance of power with the victory of the Allied countries and was able to reverse the balance of power, especially after the decline of Europe's leading position in the colonial world that was exhausted by war and drawing a new map for the continent of Europe after the continent witnessed a kind of political stability and temporary peace that arose after the adoption of agreements The Peace Conference in Versailles (Paris Conference) in 1919, which was followed by the establishment of an international organization called (the League of Nations) with the direct support of US President Woodrow Wilson. This organization seeks to maintain international peace and security.
