Applying Spectroscopic Chromatography Analysis in Identifying and Diagnosing Low Temperature and Heat Treatment Affecting Iraq Using Modern Methods

Abstract
The objective of this study is to use the Python programming language, the geographic information systems environment (GIS), and Remote Sensing techniques to discover and diagnose a thermal tropical air depression that is impacting Iraq. The research was conducted inside the geographical limits of Iraq, namely between the circles of (29.5) and (37.22) north, and between the lines of (38 °. 45) and (48 °C) east. Additionally, the investigation included the boundaries between the circuits of (29 °C) and 5 °C. At a latitude of 37.22 degrees north. The objective of the research was to identify the presence of tropical air depressions and their impact on weather patterns and climatic conditions. The investigation furthermore used an inductive and analytical methodology to elucidate and explicate tropical thermal depressions. The study utilized the Python programming language, specifically the Satpy library, which specializes in the analysis of satellite images for weather and climate research. The methodology involved extracting various phenomena from Meteosat-8 satellite data spanning multiple years, with a focus on the year 2021 and climate station data. The research also showcased the capacity of colored satellites to detect and diagnose thermal tropical air depressions based on spectral fingerprints, hence facilitating a more accurate comprehension of dynamic atmospheric processes.
