Abstract

This study aimed to identify the most important consequences of the relationship between the number of students and the level of teacher performance. The research consists of three sections. The first section includes four topics, the research problem, its importance, objectives and defines terms. The second section is the theoretical framework and it includes six topics, the concept of classroom management, styles of classroom management, the teacher's role in distinguishing classroom management, the importance of classroom interaction, the teacher's role in the educational processes. The third section includes the practical framework and two studies, presenting and analyzing, and the results, recommendations and proposals. The researcher chose the questionnaire tool to answer the research questions, and the sample community was male and female teachers of all specializations in schools. The questionnaire was distributed electronically, and the researcher recommends some necessary recommendations, including expansion of school buildings, allocating land for building governmental schools to accommodate students, filling the needs of schools for teachers of all specialties, providing schools with the necessary laboratories and equipment and educational aids, preparing qualified teachers for the education process, and diversifying teaching methods.
