الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم النتائج المترتبة على علاقة اعداد الطلبة ومستوى أداء المدرس ، ويتكون البحث من ثلاثة فصول ، الفصل الاول ، يشتمل على أربعة مباحث، مشكلة البحث وأهميتها وأهدافها وتحديد المصطلحات. اما الفصل الثاني، فهو الاطار النظري ويشتمل على ستة مباحث، مفهوم الادارة الصفية، اهمية الادارة الصفية، انماط الادارة الصفية، دور المعلم في الادارة الصفية المتميزة، اهمية التفاعل الصفي، دور المعلم في العملية التعليمة، اما الفصل الثالث فيتشمل على الاطار العملي ويشتمل على مبحثين، عرض وتحليل النتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات, واختارت الباحثة أداة الاستبيان للإجابة على أسئلة البحث, وكان مجتمع العينة هم المدرسين والمدرسات من جميع الاختصاصات في المدارس، وتم توزيع الاستبانة الكترونياً, وتوصي الباحثة ببعض التوصيات اللازمة منها: التوسع في الأبنية المدرسية، وتخصيص أراضي لبناء مدارس حكومية لاستيعاب الطلبة، سد احتياجات المدارس للمدرسين من جميع الاختصاصات، تزويد المدارس بالمختبرات والاجهزة اللازمة والوسائل التعليمية، اعداد المعلمين المؤهلين لعملية التعليم والتنويع في طرائق التدريس.
