الملخص

اهداف البحث: يسعى البحث الحال الى تحقيق الاهداف الاتية:


بناء برنامج تربوي قائم على نظرية معالجة المعلومات لتحسين مهارات اللياقة الذهنية لدى طالبات المرحلة الاعدادية.


تكونت عينة البحث (58) طالبة تضم المجموعة التجريبية (30) طالبة والمجموعة الضابطة تضم (28) طالبة وتم التحقق من التكافؤ بين مجموعتي البحث في متغيرات اختبار (الذكاء، العمر الزمني محسوبا بالشهور، التحصيل الدراسي للوالدين، مقياس اللياقة الذهنية القبلي).


استعملت الباحثة عددا من الوسائل الإحصائية منها (الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين (test-t) لمكافأة المجموعتين ولمعرفة دلالة الفرق بينهما ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ  لحساب معامل الثبات لمقياس اللياقة الذهنية ومعادلة مربع كأي للتحقق من تكافؤ مجموعتي البحث في التحصيل الدراسي للوالدين، والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين والاختبار التائي لعينتين مترابطتين وحساب حجم الاثر بمعادلة ايتا وأظهرت النتائج:


1-تفوق طالبات المجموعة التجريبية الذين طبق عليهن البرنامج التربوي على طالبات المجموعة الضابطة بالاختبار البعدي بفرق دال إحصائيا ،عند مستوى دلالة (0.05).


2-وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللواتي طبق عليهن البرنامج التربوي على مقياس اللياقة الذهنية (القبلي والبعدي) لصالح الاختبار البعدي.


واستكمالا للبحث الحالي توصلت الباحثة الى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
