The Effectiveness of an Educational Program in Reducing Aggressive Behavior and Increasing the Level of Motivation to Learn among a Sample of Secondary School Students

Abstract
The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of an educational program in reducing aggressive behavior and increasing the level of motivation to learn in a sample of secondary school female students. The research community consisted of (120) female students from the fifth grade. Through the application of the aggressive behavior scale and the low motivation scale, the research sample was selected (20) female students who had the highest scores on the aggressive behavior and low motivation scale, and a number of statistical methods were used in the research appropriate to the research procedures, including the arithmetic means, standard deviation, and the (t-test), The research found that there are statistically significant differences between the scores of the experimental and control groups on the aggressive behavior scale and the learning motivation scale in favor of the experimental group. This indicates the effectiveness of the program and it is consistent with the results of some related studies. The study ends with the conclusions, recommendations and suggestions
