Abstract

The school is one of the most important areas in which young people are viewed, and it is the field in which educational specialists join forces to establish mechanisms that regulate the educational process in the desired manner. The school administration undoubtedly seeks to achieve the desired educational goals through setting strategies and plans, how to implement them, and making and implementing decisions. To achieve the objectives with high efficiency and effectiveness, as the problem of the study lies in clarifying the role of education officials in solving many problems and challenges that pressure the school administration, including: lack of modern school buildings, lack of training. In school materials and furniture, and the difficulty of supervision and technical supervision of teachers. Hence the importance of the study in revealing the problems facing principals of basic education schools and putting them in front of those in charge of education. Develop solutions for this and for the school administration to achieve the desired goals without obstacles.
