الإدارة المدرسية ودورها في مواجهة المشكلات التي تواجه العملية التعليمية

الملخص
تعتبر المدرسة من أهم المجالات التي يُنظر فيها إلى الشباب ، وهي المجال الذي تتضافر فيه جهود المتخصصين التربويين لتأسيس الآليات التي تنظم العملية التعليمية بالطريقة المرغوبة. تسعى إدارة المدرسة بلا شك إلى تحقيق الأهداف التربوية المنشودة من خلال وضع الاستراتيجيات والخطط وكيفية تنفيذها واتخاذ القرارات وتنفيذها. لتحقيق الأهداف بكفاءة وفاعلية عالية ، حيث تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في توضيح دور مسئولي التعليم في حل العديد من المشكلات والتحديات التي تضغط على إدارة المدرسة منها: عدم وجود مباني مدرسية حديثة ، قلة التدريب. في المواد والأثاث المدرسي ، وصعوبة الإشراف والإشراف الفني على المعلمين. ومن هنا تأتي أهمية الدراسة في الكشف عن المشكلات التي تواجه مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي ووضعها أمام القائمين على التعليم. وضع حلول لهذا المشاكل ولإدارة المدرسة لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة دون عقبات.
