Principles and methods of Islamic call in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq

Abstract
This research deals with the principles of the Islamic call in Kurdistan region of Iraq. It handles a number of advocacy concepts, the linguistic, idiomatic, and the importance of the call. It talks about the Islamic call in Kurdistan and its stages, principles, methods and characteristics.Allah Almighty sent His messengers with that noble mission by conveying to them the message of Allah in monotheism and the worship of Allah alone without a partner with Him, and the reform of the human society as a whole, and from which the spiritual education emanates on which the personality of the believer is built and pushes him towards virtue and righteousness by which homelands are built, and countries are rebuilt. The research dealt with the early Kurdish entry into Islam voluntarily without bloodshed, but rather the Kurds turned into real heirs to that flame illuminated over the times and ages, and they followed the method of moderation in Kurdistan, but were sincere in their belonging to the message of heaven.This study highlights an important aspect of the call, which is the necessity of renewing the religion through interweaving the authenticity of the religion and modernity that pushes the Kurdish Muslim forward. That is modernity that adopts the Islamic originality, taking into account the chronological development and the authentic Kurdish custom.The Islamic call of Kurdistan was characterized by its own identity through its adoption of the Ash’arites in the creed and the Shafi’is as a jurisprudential doctrine, and it relegated the Sufi methods in the field of knowing Allah and nurturing the spirit where man is as close as possible to Allah Almighty. The dhikr councils represented by the khanqah and the takiya spread, and the scientific schools spread to teach faith and jurisprudence.
