The loan and its importance through the book Sunan al-Kubra by al-Bayhaqi (d. 458 AH / 1065 AD)
Main Article Content
Abstract
In the name of God, and prayers and peace be upon our master, intercessor and prophet, Muhammad Ibn Abdullah (may God bless him and grant him peace).
Then:
The Islamic countries have given birth to many eminent scholars and scholars who have contributed a lot to the Arab and Islamic history in its various aspects by collecting and codifying them for many narrations that included an important aspect of the biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him), especially in the aspect of economics, which is the focus of the subject of our research. The Islamic economy in that era through their codification of important events and concepts. Among these scholars is Al-Bayhaqi, whose selections of prophetic hadiths and historical narratives were made in his book Al-Sunan Al-Kubra is the subject of my research, and what motivated me to choose this topic is my passion and love for the person of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him), and my insistence on showing and highlighting the economic matters of his life, specifically The subject of the loan and the actions and sayings of the Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him) mentioned in it. In explaining the subject of the loan, its rulings and matters related to it, it was clarified from the historical accounts that show that the Messenger (peace and blessings of God be upon him) dealt with the loan. It is important to mention that the approach of Islam in it is an encouragement and encouragement to show assistance and cooperation, and just as the Islamic religion urges the process of borrowing, at the same time it urges not to go too far with it, and to use it without justification. Or overlooking it, by repaying the debt to its owner, and preventing the right of others not to pay what he owed of debt, the penalty for that is great with God (Exalted be He), which is withholding from entering Paradise.
