The news function of mobile journalism and its role in uncovering local affairs issues An analytical study on the applications of electronic news websites (Alsumaria News website) as a model

Abstract
In the era of communication technology, cell phones are no longer limited to playing a role in the process of communication and communication, but rather it has become a means of press media that carries with it news and information, and this is very important, as it serves the community and helps spread knowledge. The research aims to demonstrate the interest of the website under study in the topics and issues related to the Iraqi issue. And learn about the most important media applications that can be used in (mobile journalism) The research, after reviewing the practical side, reached scientific and objective indicators that confirm that the application of Alsumaria News is nothing but a pure news application that included addresses that reach the beneficiaries after this application is downloaded from the Internet to reach as news reports that focused on six main axes of the Iraqi issue during the research period. The most prominent of which is the health issue, which issues the other life affairs of the Iraqi society to preserve the continuity of life, and the news application did not neglect other matters represented in the security, military, economic and social affairs and their details that concern the largest segment of Iraqi society
