Existing Belief in the Justice of the World among Instructors of University

Abstract
This study which is named (The Existing Belief in the Justice of the World Among Instructors of a University) aims for achieving the following objectives:
- Identifying the existing belief in the justice of the world among instructors of university.
- Identifying the significance of the statistical differences in the existing belief in the justice of the world among instructors of university.
To fulfill the objectives of this study, the researchers built the existing belief in the justice of the world measurement depending on the theory of the existing belief in the justice of the world and Lerner & Melvin's definition of that concept. Additionally, the researchers checked the psychometric properties of the measurement where the validity is found via two ways which are face validity and construct validity. Besides, the reliability is found depending on two means which are re-test where the reliability coefficient is (0.77) and Cronbachs Alpha where the reliability coefficient is (0.79). The final formula of the measurement consists of (22) valid items for measuring the concept of existing belief in the justice of the world.Thereafter, the measurement is applied on the foundational study samples which are (400) male and female instructors from Tikrit University, Al-Anbar University and Al-Mosel University and particularly the morning classes for the academic year (2010- 2021) and those instructors are selected in a random way. After processing the data statistically by using the (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, second test for one sample or two samples and correlation coefficient Pearson) the following results are gained:
- The individuals who represent the study sample have an existing belief in the justice of the world.
- There are differences of a statistical significance in the existing belief in the justice of the world among the instructors in a university according to the kind of variable (males-females). The researcher has reached to a number of conclusions and recommendations. In the light of the results that the two researchers have gained and after analyzing the data and discussing it, the following conclusions can be concluded:
- The individuals who represent the study samples have a high degree according to their existing belief in the justice of the world.
2. Male instructors have a stronger existing belief in the justice of the world than the female instructors according to the study samples
