Abstract

The discussion in this research revolves around the issues of (donations of money and benefit) as they relate to (voluntary donations, aid, volunteers, giving, charity and relief) to the (charity and charity in the time of the Covid 19 pandemic or the so-called Corona virus), the title of the research is: ((money and benefit donations when Crises: Corona virus as a model - a jurisprudential study))

Donations of money and benefit when crises A modal virus covid 19 - jurisprudence study

Donations of money and benefit - they are one of the most prominent and most important features of the Muslim and human society that Muslims have done in response to the commands of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet as a mercy to people and the needy, especially as we are going through a great affliction in light of the (Covid 19) crisis.

Nowadays we lack health services, the needy, the injured and the weak are many, and businesses, occupations and means of livelihood and livelihood have stopped, due to obligating people to their homes and preventing them from going out to work and seeking livelihood, for fear of the spread of this virus.

Here comes the importance of donations,

It came in the interpretation of the verse: “He who avoids killing one person, preserves its sanctity, and keeps it alive for fear of Allah, is as if he saved all people, and whoever revives it and rescues it from destruction, it is as if he saved all people”, or with the one who deflected death on its behalf by donation or almsgiving

And his saying  is a condition of people or an affirmation; and whoever revives her, any cause for the survival of her life by pardoning or preventing killing or saving from some causes of doom, it is as if he saved all people, as if he did that to all people. about him)) .

And in accordance with the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, he says: A time will come upon you when a man walks with his alms and finds no one to accept it, and the man says: If you brought it yesterday, I would have accepted it, but today I have no need for it.”

This pandemic has spread in most (Arab, Islamic and non-Islamic) countries, such as (the United States of America, France, Britain, Germany and European countries) starting from February 2020, although many of these countries have health insurance and medical services at a large level, as they have taken a side Donation and humanitarian relief as stated by our religion and applied in many aspects, including:

(Rehabilitation of hospitals to face the Corona disaster, and providing aid to the elderly and the poor whose work has been disrupted) because life has become suspended and sitting at home is compulsory without financial income or food to meet their needs; Forcing some owners.

The daily and limited income is required to request financial assistance to feed their families, this assures us that donations and voluntary assistance are not an imitation of the past and no longer has a role in the present or a tradition ; Giving alms and giving to charitable causes, righteousness and kindness, all of this is recommended by our true religion.
