Abstract

The current research aims to identify (the strong personality of secondary school teachers)


  1- The teacher's strong personality level


  2- The statistically significant differences for the strong personality of the gender variable (males, females).


  3- The statistically significant differences for the strong personality of the specialization variable (scientific, literary)


  The sample of research consisted of 300 male and female teachers in the secondary schools. A percentage of agreement (80%) or more as a percentage of the validity of the paragraph and the strong personality scale consists of three domains 1, the emotional domain 3, the social domain is divided into (30) items, each domain scores: the number domain from the apparent validity of the scale, and the researcher used some statistical data, and science Schedule. The research reached to the following results:



  • teacher have an average level of strong personality


  2- There are no statistically significant differences in the average temperatures on the scale of strong activity on the gender average


  3- There are statistically significant differences in the mean temperatures on the strong personality scale according to the specialization variable and in favor of the scientific specialization
