Societal Based Rehabilitation for the Displaced Returning to Their Areas of Residence Field Study in Balad (Yathrib and Aziz Balad Sub-district as a Model)

Abstract
The problem of the study is the necessity to raise awareness of the importance of societal rehabilitation for Iraqi families returning from displacement. In addition, it aims to explore the nature of health and psychological conditions and the social, economic, political and cultural factors experienced by returning IDPs (Identity providers) and the size of services provided to IDPs returning to their areas of residence. The researcher adopted the social survey method in interpretation and analysis of the studied phenomenon. A questionnaire was used from several axes, and the sample included 100 men, each man is a head of his family in the Kasbah of the country of the country (Yathrib - Aziz Country) - a group of multiple segments and different ages, and the most prominent results are the presence of low elements of human security and security social represented by environmental security by 63%, human security by 45%, followed by food security by 43%, health and by 46%, as well as socio-economic by 48% for each, educational and by 43%, and finally, water and electricity services decreased by 46%, and this decline It is a dangerous indicator of the reality of societal and human security for returning families and families
