Abstract
The importance of this study lies in addressing the issue of the Arab-Israeli conflict through the insights and perceptions of Henry Kissinger and his political practices for the period 1923-1977. His social and scientific life until entering the political arena and resorting to the United States of America. To start his social, scientific and practical life until his entry into the political arena later, which led him to be one of the most powerful and successful American politicians in the post-World War II period, and his ideas influenced American policy towards Arab issues.
