Diplomatic Representation in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia: A Historical Study of its Emergence and Development up to the year 1953

Abstract
The concept of international relations was associated with the emergence of countries. However, they are almost affected by troubles, of rulers or those who are related to them. The development of international relations and the expansion of communication among countries motivate the need to diplomatic representation which has become the most important component of international relations. Through diplomatic means, states can enhance and confirm their international base. Third World War’s aftermath witnessed radical changes, especially with the emergence of new issues in the international scene, such as establishing political and economic relations, which expands and complicates the diplomatic work –a matter that necessitated the establishment of an integrated system of diplomatic representation. This research tackles the issue of diplomatic representation in Saudi Arabian Kingdom since the emergence of diplomacy and until the end of the reign of King Abdulaziz Al Saud1953 . The independent foreign organization and the administration of external relations are responsible for the diplomatic representation of the Kingdom and the Ministry's contributions of sending delegations out of the Kingdom, has been relying on research on a group of Muhammad. For authors who worked in the diplomatic field with an official language, they feared many facts and details about the emergence and development of the diplomatic instance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
