Abstract

After the Arab Islamic state expanded due to the Islamic conquests to spread the religion, other urban peoples, nations and cultures joined under its banner that differed from the culture and civilization of the Abbasid state, and this friction and diversity led to the diversity of the classes and spectra of the Abbasid society. The people who entered under the power of this states were considered as other especially the Roman “Rumi”.  Political tourism, and it has won appreciation, chief, major, important, and some, and it may assume the position of this political authority.  This study dealt with the positive and negative sides, and a simple introduction was ensured and the first section was the last positive Rumi and the second section the last Rumi the negative, and the results of their policy that we will talk about.
