Abstract

The study aimed to identify role of training courses in acquiring the skills of using educational aids. The study followed the descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of (430) teachers at the basic stage of the administrative unit of Al-Hasahisa. The study sample was chosen randomly from (94) teachers. The data were analyzed and processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study reached the following results: The training courses contribute to equipping the basic stage teachers in Al-Hasahisa unit the skill of choosing educational aids to a medium degree. To a large extent, there are no statistically significant differences at the level of morale 0.05 between the teachers of the basic stage in the Hasahisa unit in the degree of the role of training courses in acquiring the skills of using educational aids according to the educational qualification variable. In the degree of the role of training courses in acquiring the skills of using educational aids according to the variable of experience. The study recommends the following: holding training courses for training on the skills of teaching aids, the necessity of preparing workshops for teachers to clarify the methods of using educational aids, focusing on supporting efforts to improve teaching aids to solve study problems with the factor of epidemics sweeping the world .
