دور الدورات التدريبية في إكساب مهارات إستخدام الوسائل التعليمية: دراسة ميدانية على معلمي مرحلة الأساس بوحدة الحصاحيصا الادارية، ولاية الجزيرة، السودان (2021م)

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة في التعرف إلى دور الدورات التدريبية في إكساب مهارات إستخدام الوسائل التعليمية. إتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي مرحلة الأساس بوحدة الحصاحيصا الإدارية والبالغ عددهم (430) معلما، تم اختيارعينة الدراسة عشوائيا من (94) معلما. تم تحليل البيانات ومعالجتها من خلال برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : تسهم الدورات التدريبية في إكساب معلمي مرحلة الأساس بوحدة الحصاحيصا مهارة اختيار الوسائل التعليمية بدرجة متوسطة ، للدورات التدريبية دور في اكساب معلمي مرحلة الأساس بوحدة الحصاحيصا لمهارة استخدام الوسائل التعليمية بدرجة متوسطة، تواجه معلمي مرحلة الأساس بوحدة الحصاحيصا صعوبات في استخدام الوسائل التعليمية بدرجة كبيرة، لا توجد فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى المعنوية 0.05 بين معلمي مرحلة الأساس بوحدة الحصاحيصا في درجة دور الدورات التدريبية في اكساب مهارات استخدام الوسائل التعليمية تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل التعليمي، لا توجد فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى المعنوية 0.05 بين معلمي مرحلة الأساس بوحدة الحصاحيصا في درجة دور الدورات التدريبية في اكساب مهارات استخدام الوسائل التعليمية تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة. توصي الدراسة بالآتي: عقد دورات تدريبية للتدريب على مهارات الوسائل التعليمية، ضرورة إعداد ورش عمل للمعلمين لتوضيح أساليب استخدام الوسائل التعليمية، التركيزعلى دعم الجهود لتحسين الوسائل التعليمية لحل مشكلات الدراسة بعامل الاوبئة التي تجتاح العالم.
