الارهاق المعرفي وعلاقته بفاعلية الذات الاكاديمية لدى طلبة الجامعة

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على:
- الارهاق المعرفي لدى طلبة الجامعة.
- فاعلية الذات الأكاديمية لدى طلبة الجامعة.
ج. الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية للإرهاق المعرفي ولفاعلية الذات الأكاديمية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ( ذكور, أناث )
ه. العلاقة الارتباطية بين الارهاق المعرفي وفاعلية الذات الأكاديمية لدى طلبة الجامعة.
قامت الباحثة بتطبيق أدوات البحث على عينة من طلبة جامعة تكريت المكونة من (300) طالبا وطالبة، وكان عدد الذكور (177) والاناث (123) من التخصصين العلمي والانساني، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. اعتمدت الباحثة مقياس (Penner, atel 2005) للإرهاق المعرفي الذي تمت ترجمته الى اللغة العربية من قبل المختصين واعده (سعود, 2023)، وبعد استخراج الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس من صدق وثبات وتمييز، أصبحت فقرات المقياس بصيغتها النهائية تضم (20) فقرة. وقامت الباحثة بأعداد مقياس (اللامي, 2023) لفاعلية الذات الأكاديمية، وبعد استخراج الخصائص السايكومترية أصبح المقياس بصيغته النهائية (36) فقرة. ولتحقيق اهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة الوسائل الاحصائية الاتية:( الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين، ومربع كأي، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، معادلة الفا كرونباخ). وتوصلت نتائج البحث الحالي إلى ان طلبة جامعة تكريت ليس لديهم مستوى من الارهاق المعرفي ولديهم فاعلية الذات الاكاديمية, ولا توجد فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور -اناث) للمتغيرين، كما توصل إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ودالة بين الارهاق المعرفي وفاعلية الذات الأكاديمية, وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
