الملخص
ان من أبرز الاثار المتربة على توسع المدن هو تغير أسعار الأرض داخل المدن اذ يؤدي توسع المدينة الى تقليل التباين في أسعار الأرض إذ جاءت هذا البحث تحت عنوان أثر التوسع المساحي على أسعار الأراضي في مدينة الخالص اذ جاءت مشكلة الدراسة بصيغة تساؤلات في الصياغة التالية: ما هو إثر التوسع المساحي على بنية مدينة الخالص؟ وما هي محاور توسع المدينة وماهي التوجهات المستقبلية لمعالجة اثار التوسع ومنها مشاكل ارتفاع أسعار الأراضي والعقارات في منطقة الدراسة؟ وقد توصل البحث الى جملة استنتاجات كان أبرزها توقع زيادة مساحة المدينة على وفق معدل النمو السكاني المرتفع والبالغ (6%) فيشير هذ الى أن مساحة المدينة سوف تتوسع من (2469) هكتار في سنة الاساس عام (2022) الى (38578,12) هكتارا في سنة الهدف عام (2028).
