الملخص
تلعب أسعار الأراضي دورا مهما في نمو وتوسع المدن وان العوامل المؤثرة في تباين هذه الأسعار تختلف في أهميتها من منطقة الى أخرى وعلى ذلك جاء هذ البحث تحت عنوان العوامل المؤثرة في تباين أسعار الأراضي في مدينة الخالص وإذ انطلقت مشكلة الدراسة وفق الصياغة التالية ان سعر الأرض في كل مدينة يتباين من منطقة أخرى وعلى ذلك تم صياغة مشكلة الدراسة وفق التساؤلات التالية: هل هناك تباين واضح في أسعار الأرض في قضاء الخالص؟ وماهي العوامل التي كان لها تأثير في تباين الأسعار في قضاء الخالص؟ اذ بينت نتائج البحث ان هناك جملة من العوامل اثرت في تباين أسعار الأرض داخل مدينة الخالص وكان أبرز هذه العوامل هو موقع قطعة الأرض والمنافسة في استعمال الأرض.
