تحليل جغرافي للسكان الفقراء في قضاء الشرقاط لعام 2020

الملخص
تحظى دراسة ظاهرة الفقر في العراق ومحافظة صلاح الدين وقضاء الشرقاط بحسب البعد الجغرافي بشكل عام والبعد السكاني بشكل خاص بأهمية كبيرة، باعتبارها ظاهرة بدأت بالنمو خلال السنوات الأخيرة وخاصة بعد عام 2014، وإن هذا الدراسة هي إحدى المساعي لتحليل الظاهرة باتباع المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، مع بيان المقاطعات ذات معدلات الفقر المرتفعة جداً، ومن اهم النتائج ان معدلات الفقر عالية وبلغت حوالي اكثر من 39 الف فقير في القضاء وبمعدل بلغ 14.1%من مجموع السكان، وكذلك لم التوصيل الى ان اهم المتغيرات المؤثرة على معدلات الفقر هي معدلات البطالة المرتفعة والموقع السكني ومعدلات الاتية وارتفاع حجم الاسرة إضافة الى تدنى المرود الاقتصادي لمهنة الزراعة، ولهذا يجب توقع السياسات والخطط الكفيلة تعزيز التنمية وخاصة في الريف
