الأدوار المستقبلية لمدرسي ومدرسات التربية الإسلامية في المحافظة على منظومة القيم الأخلاقية من وجهة نظرهم

الملخص
هدف البحث التعرف على الأدوار المستقبلية لمدرسي ومدرسات التربية الإسلامية في المحافظة على منظومة القيم الأخلاقية لدى طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية ، تكونت عينة البحث من (30) مدرسا ومدرسة من العاملين في المدارس الإعدادية للبنين والبنات في مدينة الموصل للعام الدراسي 2018-2019.
ولتحقيق هدف البحث وجهت الباحثة استبانة مفتوحة إلى عينة استطلاعية من مجتمع المدرسين والمدرسات، تناولت التعرف على الأدوار المستقبلية للمدرسين والمدرسات في المحافظة على منظومة القيم الأخلاقية لدى طلبتهم ، ومن خلالها تم التوصل إلى( 12) دورا أساسيا .
وفي ضوئها تم اعداد استبانة مغلقة في ضوء الاستبانة المفتوحة ، تضمنت (12) دوراً أساسياً وكل دور متبوع بـ:(3) بدائل بدرجة.(كبيرة/متوسطة/قليلة) وقد تحققت الباحثة من صدقها وثباتها ، وقد تم توزيع الأداة على افراد العينة الأساسية وتحليلها إحصائيا باستخدام الوسط المرجح والوزن النسبي، واختبار z للنسب. وقد اظهرت البيانات الاتي:
1.حصلت الأدوار على وزن نسبي اكبر66 ٪ لدى المدرسين والمدرسات.
2.لايوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائياً بين وجهتي نظر المدرسين والمدرسات من الأدوار المستقبلية للمحافظة على منظومة القيم الأخلاقية.
وخرجت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات .
