Abstract

It is known that the best closeness to God Almighty is to work with Sharia sciences, especially if it is in the Sunnah of the Prophet, so the title was ( The word market hn Sunan Al-Nasai-objective study). The researcher collects all the hadiths related to the subject without repetition, and studied the hadiths objectively, showing their output, validity, weakness, peculiarities, end related works and jurisprudential issues The research is divided into an introduction and seven sections. The introduction, includes the research topic, its importance, the reason for choosing it, its methodology, and its plan. As for the first section, it is related to prayer . The second is related to What came about the sale and What is related to prayer .Section three deals with what is mentioned in the Holy Quran. The fourth section deals with what is related to usury and monopoly .section five tackles what is mentioned about zakat and charity . Section six deals with what is related to murder, stoning and sedition. As for the seventh section, it deals with what came about the virtue of mecca and fraternity . Conclusion highlights the most important findings of the study.
