The Verse of Preparation in Surat Al-Anfal, its Semantics, and judgments: An Analytical Study

Abstract
This research is an analytical study of Surat [Al-Anfal, Verse: 60], in which God Almighty orders Muslims to prepare and prepare to respond to the enemies of God and their enemies as well. This particular Surat also guides them to the ability to intimidate the enemies, as it was studied in terms of language, rhetoric, significance and interpretation, and it was found that Preparation and preparation is a kafa'i obligation on the Islamic nation in every era, according to the requirements of the era, where the word (strength) came in the form of negation in the noble verse to indicate the general, and it includes all types of moral, spiritual, and material preparation with various weapons suitable for the age, developed according to what the enemy has Because the lesson is in general terms and is not related, and it is also found that terrorizing the enemy is required by law, and that terrorism is a Quranic term that cannot be dispensed with to defeat the enemies. To terrify the safe, and the lives of innocent Muslims and others were lost, the demolition of cities and homelands, and the destruction of monuments and infrastructures, because the origin of human life is peaceful coexistence and civilized interaction.
