The method of negotiation and its relation to the flexibility of thinking among university students

Abstract
The current research has targeted the following:
1: Measuring the method of negotiation among university students.
2: Measuring the method of negotiation according to the variable sex (male - female).
3: Measurement of flexible thinking among university students.
4: Measurement of flexible thinking according to the variable sex (male - female).
5: Finding the relationship between the method of negotiation flexibility of thinking among university students. The study sample consisted of (200) students who were selected by the random stratified method. In order to achieve the objectives of the present research, the scale of the negotiation method was built and the scale of the swatch was adopted. After the application of the two measures, the results showed that the students have a good negotiation method, Male and female. The results showed that there is a high correlation between the effective negotiation method and the flexibility of thinking. In the light of the results, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions.
