Abstract

Some scholars and historians are still abstain from studying the Islamic East and conducting research in human rights, justice, and forgiveness in the past centuries because their thoughts about these centuries which witnessed no justice and equality among people. They left the researchers at loss of this issue, but if we return back to the periods before Islam we will find indications of a preparation of the human soul firstly and society secondly as far as faiths and acceptance of new Godly laws are concerned. Then the light of Islam broke on all the world and the conflict between good and evil left to in Allah knows only. When the Islamic armies go ahead from Arabic land to carry the message of justices and publish Islam, the commander who leads these armies should has some requests as a war's tool such as persuasion and acceptance with conditions.
