Civil Society Institutions and Their Role In Building The Modern State In Iraq

Abstract
The role of civil society organizations became more important in the life of democracy and the development of the modern state and became an interest in the measurement of each country and its development. It cannot be separated between the state and civil society organizations that have a role in controlling the life and its laws besides the elements of behavioral, ethical and the enjoyment of its independence and credibility in the management and activation , as civil society organizations is the main support to reach to the democracy and other conditions of participation and cooperation with the state and society. There is no civil society without state protection for himself and the sons of civil society without building state and civil society, they are actually go hand by hand. The state is derived from the civil society its value , its forces and policies. State is the container or framework that framed the civil society movement and activity
