The Effect of the Global Café Strategy on the Acquisition of Educational Concepts among Students of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences in the Subject of Teaching Methods

Abstract
This study aims to identify the effect of the Global Café Strategy on the acquisition of educational concepts among students of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences in the subject of Teaching Methods. The sample consisted of (82) male and female students, who were divided into two groups: an experimental group of (42) students taught using the Global Café Strategy, and a control group of (40) students taught using the traditional method.
To measure the acquisition of educational concepts, a test consisting of (18) educational concepts with (54) test items was prepared to assess students’ level of concept acquisition after the completion of the experiment. After administering the test and processing the data statistically, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group, which was taught according to the Global Café Strategy, compared to the control group taught by the traditional method.
The findings indicate that the Global Café Strategy has a positive effect on improving students’ acquisition of educational concepts in the subject of Teaching Methods.
