The effectiveness of multimedia software on the achievement of second-grade middle school students in geography

Abstract
" The study was conducted in the governorate of Salah al-Din and aimed at knowledge of the effectiveness of multimedia software in the achievement of second grade students in the field of geography. The sample consisted of (60) randomly selected students from Al-Zohor Girls School in Tikrit (30) The researcher used the experimental method based on the design of two groups: experimental group and control group. The researcher prepared a collection test that measures the following levels of Bloom classification: memory, understanding, application, analysis, and structure. The researcher applied the test after teaching the two groups Using its software and multimedia control in the usual way and the experiment lasted five weeks, and processing statistical data the researcher used arithmetic averages, standard deviations and test "T." The results showed the following:
1-The impact of educational media software in the teaching of geography.
2The experimental group surpassed the control in the achievement test.
In light of the findings of the current study, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions that can be introduced in the teaching of geography.
