Organizational Competence, Middle School Principals
Main Article Content
Abstract
The current research aims to identify the organizational competence among middle school principals. It also seeks to identify the statistically significant differences in organizational competence among principals based on gender (female, male). Additionally, it aims to investigate the statistically significant differences in organizational competence among principals based on experience (5-10 years, 11 years and above). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a measure for the variable of organizational competence, and the psychometric properties were verified. The measures of content validity and construct validity were calculated, and reliability was assessed using the t-test for a single sample and the t-test for two independent samples, with a statistical significance level of (0.05). The sample of the current study consisted of (200) male and female principals, selected using a stratified random sampling method to include both genders among the middle school principals.
