The Attitudes of the Iraqi Press towards the Situations of the Neighboring Countries (Iran and Turkey): An Analytical Study of the Contents of a Sample of the Articles in Al-Sabbah Newspaper

Abstract
This research aims to observe the most prominent topics and prevailing trends in a sample of editorial articles published in the Iraqi Al-Sabah newspaper during the period from 20/12/2020 to 1/10/2021. This research is descriptive and relies on analytical approach using the content analysis tool. Among the most prominent results of the research is that the most focused topics are showing the activation of Iraqi-Iranian relations, and the exchange of visits between officials in both countries by 45%. The research confirms that the majority of the trends that were monitored in the sample of articles were neutral towards the attitudes associated with Iraq and neighboring countries which are Iran and Turkey by 50%.
