Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of educational planning in finding solutions to some of the challenges facing the secondary stage in Tikrit. The researchers used the descriptive approach and the study sample consisted of (30) directors and (27) educational supervisors. The study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, and the results were analyzed using appropriate statistical analysis tools. The researchers used the (SPSS) program and reached several results, including:


1 . Directors and supervisors have a high level of competence in the field of educational planning.


2 . The results showed significant statistical differences attributed to the variable of functional specialization, and these differences were in favor of the supervisors.



  1. No significant statistical differences were recorded due to the variable of gender.
