Abstract
Sheikh Jamal Al-Daban is one of the prominent scholars in Iraq. He was born in the city of Tikrit. He is famous for his pioneering role in spreading Islamic sciences and teaching the Holy Quran. He has given many lectures and lessons in the fields of Islamic law. He has made significant contributions to writing, teaching and religious guidance. He is considered one of the important symbols of reform and religious awareness in his community.Sheikh Jamal was distinguished by his moderate and supportive positions for peaceful coexistence, which made him gain respect and appreciation from his followers and members of his community. He was interested in establishing religious institutes and training students of knowledge to have a degree of knowledge and correct religious awareness, adhering to moderation and fighting extremism and fanaticism.
His most prominent contributions:
- Education and guidance: He contributed to the establishment of many religious schools and contributed to the education of thousands of students.
- Authorship and guidance: He presented books and lectures that enhance the understanding of Islamic values and clarify issues of jurisprudence and doctrine.
- Coexistence and social communication: He was known for working for understanding and cooperation between different segments of society, and he also sought to strengthen the social fabric in Iraq.
Sheikh Jamal Al-Daban is a prominent figure in his field, enriching the religious arena with knowledge and science and contributing to the promotion of human values.
