The Effect of the Strategy of Applying the Principles on the Achievement of Students of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences in the Subject of Continuing Education and Developing Their Academic Achievement Motivation

Abstract
The current research aims to identify the effect of the strategy of applying the principles on the achievement of students of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences in the subject of Continuing Education and developing their academic achievement motivation. The sample of the study consisted of students of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences - College of Education for Humanities at Tikrit University. The number of the students was (70). The researcher built an achievement test and a scale for academic achievement motivation, and confirmed their validity and stability. The researcher used appropriate statistical methods, and after statistically analyzing the results, the study reached a set of results through which a number of recommendations and proposals were presented.
