Effectiveness of the Source and its Significance in Al-Mufadiyatiyat
Main Article Content
Abstract
The infinitive is considered one of the morphological structures that have functional value. These functions are engendered by semantic suggestions resulting from different and diverse uses that have acquired many divertive connotations. Therefore, morphological connotation is not the study of the morphological structure of the word that leads to clarifying its meaning, it rather reveals the relationship among structure's components. Morphology and its significance within the literary work depends on the morphological, linguistic, and contextual meaning. This study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, which forms the basis for any linguistic study. The study was based on searching for the significance of the infinitive structure in the Diwan al-Mufadliyat, then analyzing it through critical perspectives mentioned it in linguistic books and dictionaries.
