The effectiveness of the (K.W.L) strategy in raising the efficiency of Rational judgment among middle school students

Abstract
The current research aims to reveal the effectiveness of the (K.W.L(strategy in raising the efficiency of Rational judgment in teaching history to 10th-grade literary students. To this end, the researcher followed the semi-experimental design-based curriculum The research tool consisted of a Rational judgment scale prepared by the researcher. After extracting the psychometric properties of honesty and stability, the test was applied to a random sample of 38 students, divided into two groups: The pilot group consisted of 18 female students and the control group consisted of 20 female students. The results of the research showed that the pilot group outperformed the control group in the remote application of the mental trial scale test. The researcher put forward several recommendations and proposals in light of the findings. In light of the research findings, the researchers recommend the implementation of the )K.W.L( strategy in teaching history and other subjects due to its positive impact on developing students' critical thinking and analytical skills. Additionally, it is suggested that future studies explore the effectiveness of this strategy in other educational stages and various subjects, with a focus on developing more precise measurement tools to assess critical thinking skills.
