This study was concerned with the problems of urban planning in the city of Al-Qobba through the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) program and the satellite visualization program (Google Earth Pro) and (SASPlanet) in addition to the statistical analysis program (SPSS) where each program has a specific benefit in this study, through which the residential neighborhoods in the city of Al-Qobba and its area are known, as well as the reasons for the lack of development of the city and the future perception of urban expansion. A digital elevation model (DEM) was also introduced for natural outputs such as topography, geology, and some study requirements.
