Abstract

 The research aims to evaluate the program for preparing teachers of the new Arabic language course from the viewpoint of the trainees, and to achieve this the researcher used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was built as a tool for research from (35) paragraphs distributed on five axes, which are the objectives and the training program, the trainer, management and organization, and evaluation, And the trainee, and the research sample consisted of (264) male and female trainees, and the questionnaire was presented to a group of arbitrators and experts, and its sincerity and consistency were found.


   The results showed that the trainees 'evaluation of the research topics ranged between medium and good, and the fifth axis came with the evaluation of the trainees, the evaluation of the trainees for themselves first and a good estimate, while the first axis for the trainees' evaluation of the goals and content of the training program came second, and with a good estimate, while the fourth axis came The third-grade evaluation, with an average grade, and the second axis of the coach came fourth, with an average rating, and the fifth ranked third axis for the organization and management of the course, and with an average estimate, and the researcher recommends the need to evaluate the performance of graduates from training courses in the field to know the impact of training, and set clear criteria for the teachers test Neo.
