Abstract
The title of the book is the five questions and their answers, through which the author tried to present the problems and questions that made it difficult for the questioner in a simplified manner and to answer them in accurate detail and a sound investigation in proportion to the question of the questioner so that the questioner or whoever viewed it did not have the slightest doubt about the accuracy and correctness of the answer. This indicates the intelligence of the workbook. She explores the science of principles and jurisprudence, with his extensive knowledge of a wide variety of sciences, especially linguistic and legal ones
