Abstract

The study of personal history in many cases, personal drawings, the history of the whole world. It dealt with many personalities that led an important drawing in drawing the historical events that the countries of the world went through, and that French history is an important part of that history, the history that that country witnessed and four of the public slogans that begin composition in general.


On this basis, the selection of the topic “Charles Maurice de Talleyrand and his political role in France 1797-1799” comes first, how Talleyrand was born and what family did he belong to, what were the circumstances that France experienced, watching Talleyrand lived during the period between 1797-1799
