The Effectiveness of Two Proposed Strategies in the Light of Lateral Thinking Skills to Develop the Cognitive Achievement of Fourth graders in Physics

Abstract
The research aims to identify the effectiveness of two proposed strategies in the light of lateral thinking skills to develop cognitive achievement among fourth-graders in physics. The sample consists of the students of the fourth scientific in secondary and preparatory day schools, in the center of Salah al-Din Governorate for the academic year (2022/2023). In order to measure the two dependent variables, the researchers prepared a tool ((cognitive achievement test)) consisting of (30) items, and they confirmed its validity and reliability and the statistical analysis of its paragraphs Appropriate statistical methods were used, and the two researchers concluded that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the first and second experimental groups and the mean scores of the control group in the post-cognitive achievement test, in favor of the first and second experimental groups.
