The Flow of Experience and its Relationship to Satisfaction with the Work Environment among Iraqiya University employees

Abstract
The current research aims to identify the abundance of experience and its relationship to satisfaction with the work environment. The research sample consists of male and female employees of the Iraqiya University for the academic year 2022/2023. The research sample consists of (130) male and female university employees from Baghdad Governorate, and the research concludes that there is a high level of abundance of experience, and job satisfaction among employees at the Iraqiya University. The results of the research also demonstrated that there are no statistically significant differences regarding the variables of wealth of experience and job satisfaction according to gender (males-females). The research results also demonstrated that there are no statistically significant differences regarding the variables of wealth of experience and job satisfaction, according to the marital status of the sample and years of experience. The research results also showed statistically significant differences according to the variables of wealth of experience and job satisfaction according to educational attainment. Finally, the results of the research prove that there is a statistically significant relationship between the variable of wealth of experience and job satisfaction, and that the variable of wealth of experience contributes to predicting wealth of experience and demographic variables (gender -marital status-educational attainment-years of service).
