The Role of Islamic Research's Scientific Authenticity in Handling New Ideas

Abstract
The study examines the significance of scientific authenticity in Islamic research pertaining to the incorporation of new ideas. This is due to the inadequate response of some researchers towards Westernization efforts and the influx of ideas that have permeated our communities. Hence, it was imperative to approach these ideas with a rigorous scientific mindset, emphasizing the need for intellectual innovation rooted in Islamic principles. This entails critically evaluating and scrutinizing all the advancements in human knowledge, while also challenging the universal applicability of Western ideas through thorough examination and experimentation. The study also explores the elucidation of the influence of civilizational diversity and its involvement in contact, conflict, and competitiveness, which opposes conflict, passivity, and demise. The globe consists of several civilizations, none of which dominate or subjugate other civilizations via reliance and disintegration. The study also examines the impact of civilizational debate on cultural cross-pollination and human contact. In order to foster familiarity and harmonious cohabitation, it is essential to advocate for the pursuit of excellence. This pursuit necessitates the sharing of ideas, the preservation of cultural heritage, and the fostering of intercultural dialogue, rather than engaging in conflict and aggression aimed at eradicating whole societies and civilizations. The study begins by examining the significance of cognitive integration in fostering scientific objectivity among diverse concepts, with this integration being closely associated with amalgamation. The two readings include the reading of revelation, which refers to the written book, and the reading of existence, which pertains to the visible book. It also addresses the intellectual imperative of being receptive to countries, civilizations, ideas, and beneficial products, while ensuring that this receptiveness does not result in disintegration, fusion, or complete assimilation with others.
