Abstract
Dr. Sayar Kawkab Jameel is widely recognized as a prominent academic figure in Mosul, a city renowned for its rich history and scientific contributions. His domain of expertise revolves around the field of historical writing, where he has made significant contributions through his extensive body of work and research. His writings and studies have consistently aided researchers in their pursuit of comprehensive research studies. Additionally, he established his personal blog to disseminate numerous scientific and historical books, as well as various articles encompassing a wide range of historical, political, and intellectual subjects. These publications have played a significant role in supporting numerous research endeavors conducted within Iraqi and Arab universities. Every possible endeavor is undertaken to provide assistance to individuals across many domains of scientific study..
