Abstract

The current study aimed to find out the effectiveness of the cube strategy in the achievement of fourth-grade students in mathematics.  The researcher formulated a zero hypothesis. The researcher conducted an experiment that lasted a full semester, and the following procedures were adopted:



  1. The experimental design (with partial control) was chosen for two equal groups (experimental and control), as the researcher chose the school (Umm Al-Mouminin) as the place for their experiment and the school (Al-Bayan) intentionallyand the research sample consisted of (51) students with (25) students for the experimental group and (26) for the control group.

  2. The scientific material for the research was identified, represented by chapters (1, 2, 3) of the mathematics textbook for the academic year 2022-2023 AD. (124) behavioral objectives were identified.

  3. The researcher applied the experiment in the first semester of the academic year (2022-2023 AD), Both research groups were taught:


The students of the experimental group outperformed the students of the control group in the achievement test.


Based on the results, the researcher concluded that this strategy in teaching has a positive impact on the achievement of fourth-grade students in mathematics.
