Aesthetics of the Place in the Collection Our House by Reem Qais Kebbeh
Main Article Content
Abstract
The place is one of the most important structural elements that make up the poetic collection Our Home by the poet Reem Qais Kubba, as this element was presented in high intensity at the level of textual thresholds as well as at the level of the poetic text. Rather, it came deliberately for artistic, aesthetic and philosophical purposes. The place plays an effective role in shaping the suggestive and psychological connotations in the poetic texts. On this basis, the subject of the place was chosen to be the focus of this research.
This research is concerned with three topics. The first is the place in the threshold of the title, and this topic was concerned with monitoring the aesthetics of the spatial presence in the levels of addressing within the group, while the second topic is spatial patterns which was preoccupied with tracking the most prominent spatial patterns with which the poetic body was depicted, and it was found to lie in two types: Realistic style and Assurance style.
The third topic is the aesthetics of the manifestation of the place in the poetic text which studied the aesthetics related to how to present the place and draw its features within the poetic text. The study revealed that the poet was able to achieve this aesthetic by relying on the use of cinema and drawing techniques.
