Performance Career Sample of the Teaching Staff of Secondary Schools

Abstract
The current research aims to identify the functional performance of a sample of secondary staff, as well as to identify the statistical depending on the differences of the variables of sex and specialization. The community of the study were selected from the staff of secondary schools in the Department of Education of Tikrit, one of the education departments of the General Directorate of Education in Salah al-Din. The sample consisted of (140) teachers of scientific and literary branches for the academic year (20,212,022). The sample amounted to (30) Schools and 722 teachers. The researcher built a measure of performance Career after taking note of the previous literature studies.
The researcher found the following results:
1- Teachers have a high level of functionality.
2- There are no statistically significant differences depending on the functional performance of the variable sex (male female).
3- There are no statistically significant differences in job performance according to academic specialization (scientific literary)
